Controlling Support

A corporate controlling unit is responsible for setting objectives together with the Management Board and coordinating internal corporate activities so as to enable an enterprise to achieve those objectives. Our job is to support the controlling unit with our expertise. Our tasks may include auditing finances and an accounting system so as to assess a possibility of implementing appropriate tools, creating a budget and monitoring it, a cost account and ad hoc analysis (such as an analysis of product profitability, customers, orders, contracts), an investment on return analysis (NPV, IRR).
