The District Court in Białystok appointed a MGW CCG subsidiary to be a court supervisor in connection with the instigation of accelerated arrangement proceedings against the company Auto Hit S.A. A motion to appoint us this role was sent filed by Auto-Hit S.A. and it was approved by their biggest financial creditor, i.e. Alior Bank.
